After a competitive selection process, Vodafone chose the CloudSense Platform to help its sales team and support function increase efficiency and boost win rates. The CloudSense Platform will enable Vodafone New Zealand Business users to quickly and easily produce proposals with Pricing and Contract Lifecycle Management. Vodafone New Zealand will benefit from a quicker sales process that guides and automates the upfront capture of information, the enforcement of business rules and the modeling of commercial discounts. As a result fewer deals will require analyst inspection and, those that do, will have more complete detail. This will allow better informed decisions to be made quicker.
