Account Manager Enterprise Sales

We are looking for a talented Sales professional who is passionate about bringing a new and disruptive solution to the Market. You will have the opportunity to bring your entrepreneurial skills and a self-starting mindset to developing a portfolio of named accounts in key market sectors across the US. You should have the desire to create a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and ensuring customer retention by managing existing customer accounts, cross and up-selling and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation.

• Your key responsibilities are to deliver revenue and develop and manage your accounts to exceed quota in annual subscription revenue, producing consistent quarter by quarter subscription revenue growth through new business opportunities

• Further develop CloudSense’s value propositions in your accounts

• Build understanding and knowledge of CloudSense’s competitive advantage and be fully confident presenting and demonstrating this to prospects and partners

• Develop new business opportunities through specific marketing campaigns/seminars using extensive market knowledge and leveraging a partner network

• Map and build senior level relationships across the sector and partner organizations

• Partner effectively with internal teams, such as Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Alliances and Support to ensure that prospects’ and customers’ needs are met, both during the Sales cycle and during their lifetime as a CloudSense customer

• Ensuring CloudSense remains ahead of the competition by sharing competitive knowledge acquired

• Be an active team member of the global CloudSense team by participating in company initiatives and always being an advocate for the company

• Consistently meet and exceed financial revenue targets

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, giving a foundation to exceed revenue targets

• Ability to convey the CloudSense value proposition to C-Level management and other key Executives such as Head of CRM, Head of Customer Insight, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Innovation, Head of Platform, etc.

• Develop a Sector and Account Marketing plan with Marketing and Demand Generation groups

• Accurate forecasting using

• Maintain Account plans for major opportunities and target accounts



• Proven track record selling high-value software licenses

• Proven success in building relationships with key influencers and ability to leverage your network in both the Partners and Prospects

• Proven ability to interpret your Client’s business requirements into a CloudSense solution and ROI to create compelling events that will drive buying decisions

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

• Sound technical understanding of the CloudSense solution

• Ability to demonstrate solutions and talk through highlights

• Resilient during competitive evaluations, demonstrating robust commercial decision-making and negotiating skills

• Consultative Sales approach with an inspirational ‘Can do, will do’ attitude

• Comfortable with and Solution Selling Sales methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Ability to travel to Clients and Prospects across the US

• 5-10 years of experience in the Selling or Consulting of Enterprise Software Solutions
