Jonathan is CloudSense’s Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the company’s strategy and sales function.
Prior to CloudSense, Jonathan held sales leadership roles at global technology companies including Allegro Development and ION Commodities. His focus has been on delivering substantial growth to enterprise software companies, leading successful sales teams and helping customers realize value from technology solutions.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Jonathan is CloudSense's Chief Services Officer, leading the professional service engagements with customers and partners.
Jonathan has over 25 years of technology and information management experience and a comprehensive understanding of service management and delivery excellence.
Jonathan read History at the University of Liverpool.
Hamish is CloudSense’s Chief Financial Officer, leading the Corporate Services Team, comprising Finance, HR, Legal & Commercial.
Before joining CloudSense, Hamish held a number of senior finance leadership roles at high-growth technology businesses including Hospedia, Rocket Software and Dell.
In his previous roles, Hamish delivered rapid growth and maximized shareholder return by working with investors and management teams to deliver transformation programs.
Hamish studied Social Science at Kingston University.
Nicola Bergstrom leads the Human Resources function globally as HR Director and is a member of the executive team.
Nicola joined Cloudsense in September 2019 and brings over ten years experience of Human Resource Management, having held a number of HR leadership roles across the technology and defence sectors.
Nicola studied Business Management and French at The University of Manchester.
Davor is CloudSense's Director of Shared Services and Co-Founder, leading the Croatian part of CloudSense from the very start.
Under Davor's leadership, CloudSense has successfully set up and grown two offices in Croatia with up to 160 people, implementing business processes and infrastructure – resulting in operational efficiency, scalability and security.
Prior to CloudSense, Davor held a few senior positions in delivery of IT Services and Development.
Davor read Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of Zagreb.
Brian is CloudSense’s Chief Product Officer, leading and executing upon the company’s product portfolio vision and strategy.
Most recently Brian served as the Chief Product Officer for Nokia Software (NSW), the software unit of Nokia. In his 30+ years of software industry experience, Brian also worked in executive and various other R&D, marketing, and sales roles at Oracle, Portal Software, Motorola, and other software-focused companies.
Brian graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Science and furthered his education with a MS Telecommunications Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Alex is CloudSense’s Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, overseeing the development of all software and technology.
Under Alex’s leadership CloudSense has led the enterprise market in transformational cloud products by solving complex technology problems with innovative development approaches. Prior to CloudSense, Alex held positions leading innovative software and technology development across Media & Technology companies.
Alex read Classics at Oxford University.
Eldon is the Founder, Chairman, and former CEO of Allegro Development.
The founder and former CEO of Allegro Development, Eldon is a pioneer and industry leader in enterprise software for the Energy and Utilities markets. For 28 years Eldon drove Allegro’s leading multi-commodity energy trading and risk management solutions.
Eldon is a Tulane University graduate.
Rainer is an experienced and successful enterprise software go-to-market leader.
Currently a board member at Meltwater, Chyron Hego, Proto Labs and Progress Software, Rainer began his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and has gained extensive operating, strategy, and board experience.
Rainer holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A in physics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Tom is a Vice President at Vector Capital.
Prior to Vector, Tom worked at Greenhill & Co. in New York, advising clients on a number of M&A transactions in the technology, media, real estate, and chemicals sectors.
Tom received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management, specializing in Corporate Strategy.
Rob is a Managing Director and joined Vector as an Associate in 1999. Rob’s areas of expertise include enterprise software, infrastructure software, public company investing and corporate spinouts.
He sits on the boards of MoxiWorks, Cambium Networks, Inc. which he spun out of Motorola Solutions in 2011, and IPVALUE, Inc., which he acquired in 2014. Previous Board assignments include CollabNet VersionOne, Corel, Idera, Inc. and Precise Software Solutions, Inc.
Before joining Vector, Rob was a Business Development Manager at Microsoft Corporation and a Corporate Finance Analyst in the Technology practice at Montgomery Securities.
Rob has an MBA with distinction from The Wharton School and a B.A. with departmental honors in History and Economics from Stanford University.
