CloudSense, a global leader in Salesforce native Quote-to-Cash applications, is helping hibu Connect, publishers of Páginas Amarillas and the leading directories provider in Spain, to support its business digital offering.

The CloudSense Platform will help replace legacy order taking technology and change the order taking process from both a call center and in the field. The platform will enable a seamless journey from first inquiry right through to billing and beyond, providing opportunities for up and cross-selling and enhancing the whole customer experience.

The deal is CloudSense’s latest success in the directories and marketing services sector. Built on the Salesforce App Cloud, the CloudSense Platform has been introduced in similar enterprises globally to provide the agility needed to bring directories into the digital age. It does this by enabling faster product innovation, more effective selling and full customer lifecycle management.
