Supporting hibu Connect's digital transformation
Hibu is a multinational directories and internet services company offering websites, pay- per-click and display advertising.
CloudSense selected to empower directories business with faster product innovation and full customer lifecycle management
CloudSense, a global leader in Salesforce native Quote-to-Cash applications, is helping hibu Connect, publishers of Páginas Amarillas and the leading directories provider in Spain, to support its business digital offering.
The CloudSense Platform will help replace legacy order taking technology and change the order taking process from both a call center and in the field. The platform will enable a seamless journey from first inquiry right through to billing and beyond, providing opportunities for up and cross-selling and enhancing the whole customer experience.
The deal is CloudSense’s latest success in the directories and marketing services sector. Built on the Salesforce App Cloud, the CloudSense Platform has been introduced in similar enterprises globally to provide the agility needed to bring directories into the digital age. It does this by enabling faster product innovation, more effective selling and full customer lifecycle management.
“We chose the CloudSense Platform as a fast-track way to address the lack of flexibility using legacy systems and enable us to improve the order taking process,” says Paul Geldart, hibu Connect COO. “And importantly, thanks to lower upfront costs and rapid implementation we anticipate fast time to value.”
“We’re excited to work with CloudSense to deliver customer success at hibu Connect,” said Miguel Milano, President, EMEA Salesforce. “Together, we’re helping Spain’s leading directories provider renew its technology and improve business processes.”
“hibu Connect has recognized the need to improve their order taking process. It will now be able to configure, price and quote new services quickly and then effectively manage the sale and the customer relationship throughout its entire lifecycle.” says CloudSense CEO Richard Britton.
