After a competitive selection process, EDF Luminus chose CloudSense's proven CPQ and Order Management platform to help its enterprise contact center agents quickly and easily Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Energy services.
Having invested in Salesforce, EDF Luminus is embarking on a digital transformation project. The project will replace the multiple legacy applications used to manage the company’s complex sales and pricing management.
With CloudSense’s Salesforce-native Platform, EDF Luminus will be able to launch new products to market faster, while unlocking the flexibility to manage pricing strategies, gain key pricing analytics and streamline the overall IT administration.
