CloudSense is helping EDF Luminus, a leading electricity producer and energy supplier in the Belgian energy market, to sell more effectively to consumers and business customers. After a competitive selection process, EDF Luminus chose CloudSense’s proven Commerce and Subscriber Management platform to help its enterprise contact center agents quickly and easily Configure Price Quote (CPQ) energy services.
As a new Salesforce customer, EDF Luminus embarked on a digital transformation project, replacing legacy systems which had developed into multiple applications managing the company’s complex sales and pricing management. With the Salesforce native CloudSense Commerce Platform, EDF Luminus will increase the speed of launching new products to market whilst having the flexibility to manage pricing strategies, gain key pricing analytics and streamline the overall IT administration.
The CloudSense Commerce Platform will put EDF Luminus’ Configure Price Quote (CPQ) process and Pricing Management at the heart of the company. Integrating into existing systems the CloudSense Commerce Platform will provide EDF with a single view of customers from within Salesforce, improving sales engagement and efficiency.
